Getting and keeping customers is an ever more expensive and challenging
issue for all businesses. Increased competition, rising costs, and
the daily pressure of handling customers all add up to frustration and
expense!
It makes sense therefore once we gain a customer to make sure that we
keep them happy and returning! Gathering information for detailed
customer records, and then being able to update them easily, means that
the business can use that information to communicate selling and service
messages to these clients in a very cost effective way.
Tracking the response to advertising, supporting customer loyalty
schemes, or even jsut telling them what is new can all be done cost
effectively.
Showing customers that you value them pays dividends! And can often be
done using your existing systems and technology if only you know how or
had the time to do it.
