The Phillips Tour of Mull Rally

"The Best Rally in the World" is run every October over two days and two nights on the Isle of Mull.  As this is the last UK rally to be run on closed public roads, interest is shown from all over the UK.  Normal road usage is interrupted and consequently the whole Isle becomes one big family party. Yes it is inconvenient - but what the heck its only one weekend a year.

Strathclyde Raynet organise the extensive safety communications system - it's an exciting but demanding exercise.  More operators are welcome - contact Jim@clyde.org
