Annual General Meeting

Please note that the 2006 Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 25th March in The Highland Council Emergency Operations Centre, Mackintosh Road, Raigmore Estate, Inverness at 11:30 am or immediately after the GB3BI AGM.

The Agenda for the meeting is:-

·        Matters arising from the minutes of the preceding AGM

·        Group Controllers report

·        Consider and adopt a Financial report

·        Appoint an auditor for the following year

·        Election of the Group Controller

.     Any other competent business

Any member who wishes to propose additional item(s) of business should notify the Group Controller no later than the 11th March. 

A warm welcome will be extended to visitors / prospective members.
