Membership

Membership is open to anyone who is interested and willing to help with the work of the group.  Members join the Inverness & District RAYNET Group, membership which must be renewed each year costs £1.  All members then join the national RAYNET organisation, this provides a nationally recognised ID card, 3rd party and Personal Accident Insurance.  The costs of this are met by the Inverness Group.

The Inverness Group has a simple constitution to regulate its affairs.  Our approach is to avoid paperwork and bureaucracy! This is about helping others and having fun while enjoying our hobby. Most events provide and opportunity to meet up and quite often the end of event debrief is held in a local hostelry.
